Thursday - Here's the Low Down
To start off the day - the Harrah's buffet was quite yummy (the food on Wednesday is much better than the Sunday brunch) my favorite thing was the boiled shrimp - they were gigantic...but enough about that.....here's some excellent free stuff going on today!
Highly recommended:
Thurdays is Ogden After Hours. Every Thursday the Ogden Museum invites a musician to perform and tell their own unique story. The musicians that are selected - are songwriters from around the country and Louisiana legends. Today the Louisiana legend and songwriter is Zachary Richard! Should be an amazing time. There is a $10 cover to go to the performance, but if you join the museum for the year (membership is very reasonable - $50 for individual and $75 for dual/family) you get a concert almost every Thursday (except holidays) plus other exciting events like art openings, movie premieres and more!
