Tuesday with Veggies and Music!

Good morning and happy Tuesday!

Farmer's Market!

You can get your day started off right with a trip to the Farmer's Market!!!  Visit the Crescent City's Farmer's Market at University Square (200 Broadway) from 9:00 to 1:00 pm.  This month the Market welcomes Chris Gerica, daughter of Pete and Clara Gerica, one of their beloved fisher families at market, to the GPS tent. She's back this week with they'll have crabmeat and spring mix salad, black drum with green beans and dirty rice, shrimp stew, lemonade to wash it all down, and snickerdoodles and white chocolate chip cookies. They'll also have stuffed crabs packaged to go, so you don't have to worry about dinner either!

And if you want more fresh veggies the Hollygrove Market has a new pick-up location and hours for Tuesdays 12 pm-6 pm - No need to pre-order when you visit the market!  Pick-up at Rosa F. Keller Community Center (4300 Broad @ Napoleon Ave.):
