This month the Market welcomes Cafe' Hope to the GPS tent for April! They have outdone themselves with this Tuesday’s menu! Can't wait to try the margherita soup with fresh mozzarella & basil, slow roasted pork over sautéed kale & swiss chard w/ strawberries, grilled lemongrass tofu & julienned vegetable salad with chili-lime vinaigrette or strawberry shortcake with whipped cream.....yum!!!
