Jazz Fest Monday - It Ain't Over Yet!

Oh my goodness!!  What another amazing Jazz Fest...for you hardcore peeps out there, don't worry there's still more music out there!

Okay it's the last day at the Louisiana Music Factory (201 Decatur) for their annual in-store Jazz Fest concerts...here's the line-up for today!!  This is truly the best way to cap off your Jazz Fest Weekend!

1:30pm – Miss Sophie Lee
1:30pm – Jay Mazza – Book Signing: Up Front and Center: N.O. Music at the End of the 20 th Century
3pm – Alex McMurray
3pm – Elsa Hahne – Book Signing: The Gravy – In the Kitchen with New Orleans Musicians
4:30pm – Dave Jordan
6pm – New Birth Brass Band

And Frenchmen and Decatur are kickin' with lots of music tonight!

Head down Frenchmen Street to d.b.a. (618 Frenchmen) for two great shows!!  It's  A Threadhead Party at 7:00 pm with Paul Sanchez and the Rolling Road Show, and be sure to stay on for Glen David Andrews at 10:00 pm!

Be sure to make a stop by the Spotted Cat (623 Frenchmen) early for this great line-up of music....Sarah McCoy's Oopsie Daisies at 4:00 pm, Dominick Grillo and The Frenchmen Street All Stars at 6:00 pm and be sure to stay on for the Jazz Vipers at 10:00 pm.....it's sure to be another smokin' Monday evening show.  (There's no cover...but remember to tip the band and your bartender!)

Get one more dose of Jazz Fest fun - Head on down to Mid-City for even more amazing music at Chickie Wah Wah (2828 Canal) funk it up with piano man Jon Cleary at 8:00 pm!!
