Happy Weekend with Concerts in the Courtyard and Fun on the Bayou!!

Hurray for Friday and what a beautiful day it is!!

It's Concerts in the Courtyard at the Historic New Orleans Collection....What a treat this is (and beautiful weather!).....Experience a concert in the courtyard at the Historic New Orleans Collection in the heart of the French Quarter - 533 Royal Street. The show is from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with Mas Mamones...Over the band’s nearly 20-year history, the mission has remained the same: to play authentic Latin music featuring rhythms from the Caribbean islands and Central and South America! Admission is $10, FREE for THNOC members, and includes 3 complimentary cocktails - Sazerac will provide Herbsaint Frappes! Guests must be 21 or older to enter.

There's lots of good times on the Bayou!  Start off your evening with a wine tasting at Swirl on Ponce de Leon (right of Esplanade) at 6:00 pm and right down the street at Fairgrinds Coffee House you got Lips and the Trips at 7:30 pm...you don't want to miss Lips - it's going to be a great show!!

The Bayou Boogaloo starts up at 5:00 pm on the banks of Bayou St. John (and Orleans Ave.) with a full weekend, of music, food, art and the "Derby Duck Race" for Second Harvest this Sunday.
