If you're hanging out in Harahan be sure to celebrate Kozfest at Zeringue Park (corner of Hickory and Wilson)...Koz's Restaurant hosts a music and food festival to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm today!! There's gonna be games, a rock climbing wall, inflatable slide, face painting, a parade of prizes, food and drink and a po-boy eating contest...not to mention the musical entertainment of The Topcats at 12:30 pm and Bag of Donuts at 3:00 pm....FREE admission and all proceeds from food sales and games benefits the foundation!!!
Looking for some muu-muu fun??? Well who isn't!! It's The Inaugural Sip n' Stumble of the Krewe du Muu-Muu! Join in the madness for 5:00 pm at the Three Muses (536 Frenchmen) because it's just gonna be that fun!!!
Since you'll be down on Frenchmen for all the muu-muu fun...be sure to stop by the Maison (508 Frenchmen) for a couple great shows!! The Rhythm Jesters at 7:00 pm and stay on for the Casey Robinson Band at 10:00 pm!
The BMC (1331 Decatur) has a whole day and night of musical entertainment with the Nola Music Series
at 1:00 pm, The Joe Kennedy Project at 5:30 pm, Gal Holiday & the Honky Tonk Revue at 9:00 pm and to top off you evening George Sartin & Jack Cruz Project at midnight!!
It's a triple header over at the Spotted Cat (623 Frenchmen) with Rites of Swing at 3:00 pm, The Loose Marbles at 6:00 pm, and Pat Casey and The New Sound at 10:00 pm!!!
