It's the second to last installment of Wednesday at the Square....and this week we have the Boogiemen plus The N'Awlins Johnnys. Things get kicked off at 5:00 and go all the way to 7:30. Be sure to check out the cool art and yummy food while you're cruising around.
It's the free opening celebration of Swamp Tours at the New Orleans Museum of Art featuring Jean-Eric from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.....Six months ago, New Orleans Museum of Art curators William Fagaly and Miranda Lash set out on a journey to discover rarely seen works by notable contemporary Louisiana artists in the Museum's collection.
The result is 27 rarely seen treasures in an exhibition called Swamp Tours, on view at NOMA from June 2 to August 29, 2010.
