The NOLA Japanese Cinema Series at Cafe Istanbul (2372 St. Claude Avenue) continues with tonight's film Tamami, The Baby's Curse - As a teenager, Yoko discovers that she is not really an orphan when her wealthy but very strange family welcomes her home to a mansion that many claim is haunted. Concert Time!
Wednesday at the Square is rolling along - So come on down to Lafayette Square for another stellar line-up for this year's concert series....there will be crafts, food and libations....Billy Iuso & Restless Natives + N'awlins Johnnys get things movin' this evening at 5:00 pm (I heard Billy's little girl would like everyone to wear tie-dye to show our support for peace - so, don't disappoint.) *Be sure to check out the entire line-up only a few more Wednesdays to go!

TGIF - Wine, Art and Music - Hooray!
Hooray for the weekend!!
Hooray for wine! It's the weekly wine tasting over at Cork & Bottle (Orleans at Moss St.) - from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Come out and sample some fantastic wines!
And you can double your wine tasting fun! Check out Swirl located on Ponce de Leon right off Esplanade and enjoy a FREE wine tasting at 6:00 pm. Once you've tasted one of their excellent choices you'll be sure to be buy a bottle!
Check out Friday Night at NOMA with Where Y'Art tonight from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm! Tonight celebrates the exhibition opening of Hard Truths: The Art of Thornton Dial - with activities below.

•6pm to 8pm: Book signing by Lin Emery in Museum Shop
