A Toast to Tales!!
Good Morning Everybody! Lots of good things going on today!
Today is the official first day of Tales of the Cocktail....Although, you need tickets for most of the events. There are some great deals for you folks on a budget. First, you can attend all the Tasting Rooms from today through Sunday for the low low price $45.00. That's four days of cocktail fun!! For more info click on link.
And there's another fun Tales event today - and everyone is welcome!! Toast to Tales of the Cocktail 2011 today from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on the 300 Block of Royal Street - Tales of the Cocktail has returned and they're ready to get things off to a sipping start. They're shaking up the traditional press conference with drinks and music as we celebrate the start of the 9th Annual Tales of the Cocktail. Come meet the stars of the week’s festivities including 2011 Co-Ambassadors, Dickie Brennan & Steve Pettus, as they preview events and announce the latest New Orleans establishments to earn the Sazerac Seal of Approval. After the toast is over, stick around to witness history as Bols Genever has orchestrated a bid to set a world record for the biggest slurp and you can participate!!
