Good Morning and Happy Thursday,

It's another fun Thursday at Twist Cocktails (628 St. Charles Ave - part of Mike's on the Avenue) with "Top Dog" a dog-friendly event going on this evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.!  Celebrity bartending teams will vie for the title of "Top Dog"....This week’s celebrity bartenders are Curt Sprang of ABC 26 TV and Lorin Gaudin, “The Food Goddess.”  The bartending duo that rings up the most sales during their two-hour bartending gig will be crowned "Top Dogs".   Presented by Szimblich Vodka, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Southern Animal Foundation. The event is dog-friendly, so guests are invited to bring their pooches along to join in the fun!

Don't miss out on the weekly wine tasting at Cork and Bottle about 5:00 pm in Mid-City......and be sure to stop by the Crescent City Farmer's Market and patronize local Louisiana vendors with fresh veggies, seafood and more!
