Carrollton and Claiborne. Live Music begins at 1:00 with Higher Heights, followed by Eve's Lucky Planet at 2:30.  NEW AT THE ARTS MARKET - BICYCLE VALET! The Arts Council of New Orleans is excited to bring Bike Easy and their Bicycle Valet service to Palmer Park.
