Let's Party Like It's The End of the World!

Will the world end on December 21st, or is it all much ado about nothing? Either way, no sense not enjoying yourself, and New Orleans has some entertaining ways to to spend your last evening on Earth.

Start things off with dinner at Salu’ on Magazine Street. They've got a delicious Mayan inspired dinner with appetizers including camorones aguachile, a ceviche shrimp on radish slaw and cucumber Serrano coulis topped with cumin pickled onions. Next course, try the amazing Yucatan fish tacos and top it off with dessert: Mexican chocolate flan. Check out the complete menu. While you’re there be sure to try a Salu’ inspired cocktail – some of my favs are the Mojitos and Caipirinhas (the blueberry one is the best!)
